Soft Rubbish are a four on the floor, force to be reckoned with. Singing about the failings of late stage capitalism, how our souls cry out for people to be kind to one another, for power to be put in its place, for clean air and oceans, justice for humans and animals alike, et-fucking-cetera.
Person Or Persons Unknown are a 100% improvised ensemble centred around the core duo of Roman Tucker (grand piano) and Simon Grounds (tenor saxophone). Additional members include James Baldwin (percussion). Inspired by the precarious visceral energies of Free Jazz, and the challenging ambiguities of Modernist Atonal Chamber Music
